We’ve renewed our ISO certifications – Trust, built one audit at a time

  • News

We have renewed our ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001 certifications for our operations in Sweden, the Netherlands and Denmark. The renewal follows a full audit by an independent certification body. It confirms that the way we manage quality, information security and our environmental impact still meet these international standards.

We have held these certifications for years. Renewing them shows that our systems work in practice, according to the industry standards.

How ISO renewal works

An ISO certificate is valid for three years. During that time, an independent auditor comes to our data centers every year to check that we still meet the standard. At the end of the three years, the auditor carries out a full recertification audit to decide whether the certificate is renewed. That audit looks at our processes, our records and how our teams work at each site.

We passed again. Our certificates are renewed for another three years.

What each renewed certification covers

ISO 9001 – Quality Management
ISO 9001 sets out how a company plans, runs and improves its work. For us, it means our processes are documented, measured and reviewed, so the service you get is consistent at every site. That holds whether you’ve worked with us for five years or five weeks, and as we grow into new markets.

ISO 27001 – Information Security Management
ISO 27001 covers how we protect information, from physical access to our data centers to how we handle data and respond to incidents. The auditor tests our controls against the standard, rather than relying on our own reviews. The renewal confirms that those controls work across all our sites.

ISO 14001 – Environmental Management
ISO 14001 covers how we measure and reduce our environmental impact. In a data center, that includes energy use, cooling, waste and the equipment we buy. The renewal confirms that we set clear environmental objectives and track our progress against them.

What the renewal means for you

If you’re a customer, the renewal gives you independent proof of what you should already expect from us: consistent quality, strong information security and responsible operations. It can also help with your own compliance work, since many organizations need evidence that their suppliers meet these standards.
