I joined Kolo in February, and from the very beginning, I’ve felt trusted to get involved and contribute in ways that matter. Even as someone new, I’ve had the chance to take on projects that make a real difference, technically and for the business. There’s a sense that if you show initiative, people listen, and you get to move things forward.
